Air Life of Oregon Ride Along Day Schedule
- Ride-a-long days will start at 0815 and end at 1800.
- 0815 – Report to front desk and give Heather signed forms.
- 0830 – Get fitted for ride along suit.
- 0845 – Air Life of Oregon morning briefing.
- 0900 – Safety orientation for EC145 Helicopter. This will be done by the pilot. (You will be provided with a Helicopter safety outline Prior to your ride-a-long)
- 0930 – Helicopter orientation. This will be done by the medical crew members.
- 1000 – Breakfast.
- 1100 – 1800 - Wait for a call.
You are encouraged to ask any questions you may have about our program, clinical protocols, and day to day operations. We hope you enjoy your ride-a-long experience.
FYI: There are days when we get zero flights during the scheduled ride-a-long time. If this happens to you we will do our best to reschedule you for another ride-a-long day.
